Max's pastry shop specializes in making the famous French chocolate fondant. It's a cake with a blend of chocolate flavors and subtle notes of salted caramel. Its different textures, both meltingly soft on the inside and subtly crisp on the outside with its very thin top layer, guarantee moments of intense culinary pleasure.
